Limbert Medina Cosgaya is the youngest of the children of Don Jorge Alberto Medina Alcocer. Together with his brothers, Gelmy and Jorge, he has been accompanying his father since he was a little boy and he is involved in the preparation of Yucatecan food, mainly in the gastronomic richness of the city of Valladolid.
The vocation and taste for cuisine lead to Limbert to be the central axis in the preparation of food and operation in prestigious places such as La Prosperidad, El Faisán and El Venado, Tulipanés, Ciudad Maya, Laurel de Tadeo, Los Pájaros, Valladolid and La Gioconda.
